Kendall Schmidt was born on November 2, 1990 in Wichita, Kansas in the United States. Growing up Kendall watched his older brothers Kenneth and Kevin pursue careers as actors in Hollywood, frequently flying back and forth from Kansas to LA. Kendall later decided that he also wanted to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, at the age of 10 the Schmidt family made the move from Kansas to Los Angeles. After that move it didn't take long before Kendall starting booking more and more parts, he began by acting in a couple of commercials which lead to roles on big television shows such as Gilmore Girls, ER, CSI: Miami, Phil of the Future, Without A Trace, and even played a young Frasier in an episode of that show. In addition to acting, Kendall found another passion, music. Kendall began writing and producing his own music and learned to play instruments such as the guitar. He would also began producing songs for his brother Kevin's webshow "Poor Paul" and movie, "The Alyson Stoner Project", he also formed the band Heffron Drive with his friend Dustin Belt. All the hard work and dedication to acting and singing paid off when he landed a co-starring lead role in the show Big Time Rush, which also included a deal to be part of the band under the same. Kendall currently lives in Los Angeles, California with his family and pets.
